Small Group Counseling
Small group counseling involves bringing together 5-7 individuals, to address common concerns, perspectives, and ideas in a supportive and confidential setting. Group counseling allows individuals to share experiences, gain insights, and receive feedback from Caiti and others who may be facing similar issues.
